Hutchies' 2022 cadetship provided a structured career pathway for our students, graduates and anyone else wanting to learn hands on real construction management from the best in the business.

Hutchies' 2022 Cadet Program molded our newest minds into the best future contract administrators, project managers, estimators, design managers, team leaders and builders. We invested in our people to build a strong legacy for our century old business with the best in the business.

#Format

The program ran weekly, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm every Wednesday. Each session covered a practical and hands on topics for a max of 50 minutes, with 10 minutes for discussion and Q&A.

Those delivering content hosted the sessions from Hutchies' Hub meeting rooms, with company members at the location welcomed to join in person. Everyone else was accommodated on Microsoft Teams, ensuring all relevant company members across Hutchies could attend.
