Sign up to get access to six weeks of food plans, informational video modules, and helpful advice from qualified dietitians, with the program officially kicking off on April 3. This six week program is typically $149, however Hutchies is providing the opportunity for 30 people to join for free.

Mood Food aims to help individuals improve their mood through diet intervention. This program uses pre and post-evaluations to gauge results and improvement in lifestyle. But don’t worry, individual data is de-identified and confidential.
