Stacy has an impressive 13 years of experience in the built environment across design, quality, and construction management. Since joining Hutchies in 2019, Stacy has firmly asserted her place within the building and construction industry.
#Career Journey
Moving from Mauritius, East Africa, to Sydney in 2008, Stacy originally started in the construction industry through drafting, completing a diploma in Architectural Technology in 2009.
After completing her diploma, Stacy moved to Townsville to begin her career with Watpac as a Quality assurance Officer and Junior Contract Administrator.
In 2015, Stacy moved into the residential construction sector, working for a local house builder, gaining experience in estimating, safety, contract administration and procurement, before joining Team Ohl in 2019 as a Contract Administrator.

#Current Role
As a Contract Administrator (CA), Stacy’s role consists of managing the head contract and subcontracts of her projects throughout the project lifecycle, including design development, pre-construction, construction, practical completion, and defect liability period.
CAs also perform duties such as document control, scope and contract review, tendering, trade letting, procurement, and more.
