Demi began her career journey as an exercise physiologist. She focused tirelessly on her professional growth and followed into HSE management.
After becoming an accredited exercise physiologist, Demi completed her placement with Queensland Health. She went on to work in a variety of exercise science roles. She acquired experience as a clinical manager, and gathered a broad depth of understanding for occupational health & safety. She followed this with a variety of roles as a HSE lead. Demi started at Hutchies as a HSE Coordinator, and has since progressed as the Cranes & Hoists HSE Manager.
